"Dr Aniket Patel is the best dentist I ever had. I’m not exaggerating. I’ve tried many in my life and now that I’ve found him I’m not going to change again. He is highly skilled and professional, but what makes him special to me and my family is his calmness and lovely personality. I can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their dental health. This is the only medical practice where I don’t feel nervous while waiting! My young daughter has the same positive experience, she’d normally ask for female doctors but makes an exception for dr Aniket!"
"Dont book appointments after 4pm. Was so busy to shuffle us out the door and refer us elsewhere as (gasping face) there were multiple cavities to be filled and it was 16:30. Here is an idea: dont book appointments so late if you have zero level or enthusiasm to work hard at the end of your day. Will be taking our business elsewhere from now on."
"What a waste of time!! Why book an appointment late on a friday when you are too tired and reluctant to work on your client?? And why you accept to see children when you don't have enough patient's and care to attend to their teeth properly?? Will never go back there again. I booked an appointment weeks before and mentioned my child needs her teeth cleaned and a cavity filled. The dentist was too tired and bored to do anything on her. And mind you, we managed to make it to this appointment after joggling work between two shift workers to be able to take our child there. Very disappointing"

"This dental surgery is the absolute stand out! I cannot describe how good they are with patients and how thorough they are. I highly recommend them for anyone with a phobia. It’s such a fun mood in there, very calm and lots of jokes swapped, they really put patients at ease. I came in on a public health voucher and it is clear that they care a lot about all their public patients. Dr Patel found all the problems the public health dentist had refused to x-ray (without me having to mention it) and even scheduled me in after closing the day before he had to leave for holidays just to help and get it fixed. I had also seen Dr Day, who also kept the surgery open late for me after I had a false alarm with my teeth, and he was awesome too. They give every patient the care they need, even if it means staying on their own time, and they never rush patients or discriminate. The surgery itself is also great and even has a tv above the dental chair to relax you. It is unlike any other dentist and I cannot recommend them highly enough!"
