"My husband had a complicated tooth extraction at midday by a different dentist. Later that night the extraction site began bleeding excessively and the stitches came out. I called around many different dental practices none of which answered. Al answered and said we could come into the practice. We arrived after 10:30pm and were there until 12:00pm midnight. Al stopped the bleeding, put new dressing and did new stitches. Al also prescribed anti biotics and provided post treatment advice to help the healing. My husband has since made a full recovery. I am incredibly grateful for Al's assistance that night and for his expertise. I feel lucky we were able to see Al at that time in the night and that he was able to fix the problem, otherwise we would have had to go to hospital. Thank you Al!"

"I was new to the city.. not fimiliar where to go.. one night I got horrible toothache.. I was crying from the pain.. my face was swollen like ballon .. was really scared .. imagine new in town with horrible pain around 8pm.where I will go.. I couldn’t even wait till the morning from the pain.. I started calling all the dental clinics and nobody answered me.. and finally Dr Al from Beecroft Elegant clinic answered. He was really nice person who calmed me and said he will help. So I went to practice and my face was swollen horribly and I was crying like baby. Once I met Dr Al, he calmed me and sit with me patiently and listened to me. Then he started explaining the situation and how he will treat me. He did the xray and showed me the broken tooth which was all pain came from. And said we need to extract now and take the antibiotics. I told him about my financial situation and I was afraid I couldn’t afford it especially I came after hours,but he offered me the same rate he do at morning to help me. I couldn’t believe it how he was kind to me. So he extracted the tooth . He was amazing.. After that I got prescription for antibiotics. Next day he gave me a call to check on me.. I couldn’t believe how he was kind and to check on me. I will never forget his kindness and patience with me. Thank you again. If there were more than five stars , I will give it to you Dr Al"

"I was ever so great full that I could get in to see a dentist as an emergency, as my regular dentist was away on holidays and I was in pain, I was directed towards a fancy opg machine for an X-ray, the dentist looked at the X-ray and told me it was a abscess, and then immediately told me it would be $2000.00 plus a crown. Luckily I couldn’t afford such treatment straight away, so I was charged $200 for an X-ray and that was cheap according to the dentist if I wanted a copy for my dentist it would be a further $150. I went to my dentist a week later. One small X-ray of the tooth in question and a full mouth clean, no abscess I’ve just been grinding. Total cost $180. , I highly recommend thinking twice about visiting this dentist the only thing you’ll be left with is an empty wallet. Please note this dentist didn’t even look into my mouth. & told me it would be about $5000.00. Absolutely disgusted that this goes on. I left it 3 weeks before posting my review as I wanted to make sure my dentist was right and didn’t make a mistake so this is an honest review.I’m not one for leaving reviews but I would hate my fellow neighbors to be treated by this dentist."

"We ended up consulting with Dr. Ameen (Al) Youssef for my wife’s treatment in a crucial juncture where majority of the dentists in Sydney are hesitant to take up such a complicated root canal and Implant/crown case. From the beginning till date (2 years), Dr. Al is one of the most patient, empathetic, knowledgeable and best cosmetic dental surgeons we have ever consulted. He was very confident from day 1 and very calm in explaining step by step process although we were extremely impatient in between.
