We have since moved away to another city and my son keeps crying because he wants to go back to Dr Baidya , he is on his third Dentist now trying to find one exactly like Dr Baidya because she calls him her "Bravest Boy"and the other Dentists didn't do that, he asks me to drive the 1000 kilometres so he can see her again because she is the best Dentist ever! She is amazing with children , so gentle and caring and always makes sure the child is never afraid, the surgery is always spotless, great customer service and dental work is always very professional. Outstanding, I don't think we will ever find a better Dentist. Thank you Dr Baidya"

"I had a broken tooth extracted last week and this week Friday I had an appointment to clean, x-ray if needed and a post-op check up. This was quoted at @ $300. With the $280 from the tooth extraction. My appointment was at 0930, one patient was inside, one was before me and one after me at 0945. After 45 mins of waiting when the patient before me finished, the doctor comes out and takes the patient who came in after me inside. No professional courtesy to advise me of why I was supposed to wait even longer. So I just got up and started to leave when the receptionist says, don't leave because the doctor knows you are supposed to be looked at next. The reason he didn't have the professional courtesy to see me at my nominated time and took a patient who came in after me is because I declined the teeth clean plus the x-ray. So the only procedure needed today was a free post-op check. I reckon this dental facility is only interested in milking money, because he wasn't making any money off me today. BEWARE !!! Dr Thomas Ramzy specifically was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the importance of dental hygiene in laymen's terms. I was at ease and completely satisfied with his service and will definitely be coming back to see him for my regular check ups and cleaning."

"Dr. Hanna is an excellent dentist. He has treated me for a variety of reasons over the years including tooth fillings, general cleaning and the extraction of 4 wisdom teeth. I had all four of mine removed in the chair under sedation which worked out cheaper then going to a private hospital. He was gentle, reassuring and answered all of my questions and concerns over the course of the treatment. I and so many others were so surprised at how quick I recovered from my wisdom teeth extractions. I took a week off work and this was anticipated leading up to the extraction but I was honestly ready to go back by the second day. Wouldn't go and see anyone else. Thank you Dr. Hanna!"
