"Staff are always friendly but do wish there was a rack of true sales/specials. Can't do click and collect when buying sale items on line. Delivery is expensive and high spend required to get free delivery. Tricky when all you want is a new tank because your tights are still in fantastic condition."
"I was excited to do a little shopping after being in isolation for 17days after my family and I had covid. I am 37 weeks pregnant and on maternity leave . I was not greeted when entering the store myself and my husband were the only ones in store. I was not offered any help or checked in on once for sizing. I changed my own sizing and re hung and returned unwanted garments to the rack with no thankyou or that's ok I can do that. I work in a salon and know how important clients and customers are and that customer service is key for return clientle and business. I purchased the garment because I liked it but was very reluctant to because of the lack of service given. It has turned me off the brand and wanting to make future purchases."

"Wow. I have never felt so horrible in a retail store! I walked in and the two girls completely disregarded myself and my friend even though they were standing at the entry way talking. I walked around the shop and then uncomfortably back past them and didnt even receive a glance over. I love my Lorna Jane tights but I walked out and went to rock wear. Thank you to the Charlestown and east Maitland stores for never treating customers like this!"
