"Went in to buy the exact shoes I was wearing and was told that they weren't doing a stock order until new financial year, this was in early May. So a shoe store wasn't going to order more stock for almost 17% of the year. Poor customer service. To their credit they did try to source it from another store which was then delivered to me but only was 1 shoe. The particular shoes I were after are sold in a Left and Right. Their training has possibly failed the girl that served me so more product knowledge should be taught to staff."
