"Jadell at Harvey Norman bedding told me that she would apply a discount at the end of the sale when in fact I ended up getting charged extra with no discount at all being applied and I had to ring up for a refund because I was charged to much. Thanks Jadell so much much for a “discount” Also considering in the last 2 weeks I have spent over $4000 at the store. Not very good customer service and just after your money. In future I will be going elsewhere."

Trying to get me to purchase add ons for the computer that I did not need and that were more expensive than purchasing them online. In the end I was given a refund for the programmes that I purchased and then discovered I did not need but it was a rather unpleasant experience dealing with their sales staff in the computer section."

I remember been treated badly at this store years ago and I blacklisted it but they had a sale on and thought I'd give them another chance but it's hard to believe it's become worse. Staff that talk down to you . Try and up sell you to stuff you don't need . Every isle you turned down greeted by rude staff and then at the cashier same thing . Just a sour and gloomy experience."
