"Miele oven door frame was cracked from previous tenant preventing oven from working. Michael was able to assess damage over the phone and from photos, order part and fix within a week. Very prompt service and oven now works perfectly. Saved us $500 on an alternative provider who charged a fortune to inspect the oven, then wanted to also replace the door lock mechanism and was charging more for the individual parts as well. Very happy customer. Highly recommend business, trading as Magic Home Appliances Services, for the east, a local trustworthy provider. Will be my first person to call next time!"

"Please, do NOT ever use this company to install your kitchen appliances. I have recently used them (Nov 2022) to install brand new gas cooktop and electric oven. (Please see the pictures attached) i was shocked and disappointed to see the end results. This is definitely not what i have expected. Despite multiple phone calls and emails exchanges (until today 13th Feb 2023), they have failed to return to fix the issues. Three times when they said they will come but they did not turn up. He performed his inspection with utmost care, found the issue and resolved it quickly, and put everything back together just as it was when he started.
