"I ordered some products from Kitchenaid Au, they have taken the money from my account but no order confirmation email, no customer service to call and no products!!! DO NOT order online! I now have to spend my time following up with our bank to have this order cancelled. There is no customer service line to call, only an online form, which I put in 5 days ago and still nothing."

"My husband purchased the machine on the 1st of September. it arrived on the 11th as my birthday gift. I tested the machine and it was faulty. I rang kitchenaid the next day to seek further help. They told me to go to their repairer because it was still in warranty. Of course it was still in warranty it’s a BRAND NEW MACHINE!!!!! Fast forward almost 1.5 months later. We are still trying to get a refund from this machine!!!!! During this time I was not able to use the machine at all. We have been bounced around from person to person, driving back and forth (accumulative 8hrs) to get this problem sorted. In my opinion the kitchenaid mixer should’ve been replaced when I first rang about the problem instead of us, as the customers, driving around to get a BRAND NEW MACHINE serviced!!!! I knew kitchenaid was renowned for its excellence which is why I always wanted one. But how the situation has been handled is absolutely disgusting and appalling! You guys have literally let us down. My husband, mother in law or myself have been turned off from kitchenaid for life and we have told everyone of our experience to to never buy and use a kitchenaid appliance. Not to mention it is now the 25th of October and we still have not gotten a refund is horrendous!"

"This company only deserves a minus 10! Their customer service is rubbish and they do not care about the consumer and their customer. Bad ethics, bad company. We only want accessories for our already owned appliance unit and they have told us that we can only get the full unit and no accessories. Rip off and not environmentally friendly either! "I bought a KitchenAid toaster a few months back and found it almost impossible to make toast without burning the crust. The factory heat setting was obviously too high so I contacted Kitchen Aid to find a solution. They offered no advice except that they would replace it. Except their replacement policy required me to repack the toaster in the original box and be at home waiting for them to come and collect it. Then be left without a toaster while they assessed it and finally to be at home whenever they chose to bring a new one. I took it back to Good Guys Frankston where I bought it and they replaced it on the spot. Unfortunately the next one was exactly the same so I took that back as well. They offered me a full refund or a swap to a different brand and I accepted the latter. My new Russell Hobbs was half the cost at $100 and cooks toast perfectly. 5 Stars to Good Guys and Russell Hobbs."
