"Driver drove to nearby street then returned to store, it had shown as delivered but had not been, first person we spoke to said it would be another 10 minute wait, we called a second time and apparently the order had been delivered but we hadn't received it, we were told they would remake the order and redeliver it to the correct address, the third time we called we were told it had been delivered a second time to the wrong address. order finally arrived an hour later. poor food presentation, poor customer service and certain staff members were rude."
"We order from Mount hutton take away stores most weekends for the footy Fridays and Saturdays nights.. Once again Mount hutton Domino's has let us down! Not much toppings and burnt pizzas and garlic bread. A staff has assured that their ovens are made to not burn the pizzas but that is not true at all. We also purchased a My Domino's deal for my 10 year old son, his mini pizza was half burnt and garlic bread was charcoal.. absolutely disappointed after spending $48 for rubbish.."

"Over an hour for delivery when app said 25-35 mins . Which would be okay if they communicated they didn't have enough drivers and make food fresh rather than let it sit to go cold while waiting for delivery. The very rude abrupt 'manager' I spoke to when I called up after an hour assured me he himself literally just took the pizzas out of oven. If that was the case my food wouldn't be stone cold!!. Pizzas and garlic bread also burnt. Will never order from this store again. Do yourself. Favour and go with Charlestown store. Much better service and quality"
