"Pizzas were unfortunately not very good despite ordering two from their 'premium' range, and perhaps related they were severely understaffed on Sunday, had to wait over 10 minutes standing at the front counter to be served when I could see my order already sitting there in the hotbox to be picked up before I even walked in."

"Dominos Thornton Does It Again. Placed order 5.47pm for delivery at 6.30pm. Order received and confirmed by Dominos Thornton at 5.53pm. Estimated delivery time changed to 6.51pm – 7.01pm. Received update that “Order is ready in store” received 6.46pm. GPS Driver Tracker at 7.08pm states “Check back in a few minutes”. 7.09 received update that delivery time has changed to 7.08pm – 7.18pm. Order delivered 7.14pm, lukewarm pizza and cheesy bread (bread burnt and nothing like the picture on website). We stopped ordering Dominos for periods up to 14 months, just to give them a chance to improve. As per the last four times, their service, quality, and taste has been far below a pizza from the frozen aisle at a super market. This will be the last time! IN ANSWER TO DOMINOS REPLY As per Dominos request, I filled out the "Form" for further information. Regrettably the "Form" has a character / word limit, so was not able to provide any more information that was in my original review. It would appear that Dominoes utilises IA (robot tech) to discourage requests for real further information. I will wait and see. FOLLOW UP Nil response from Domino's Thornton to my completing their request for further information by filling out their "Form". BRYTANELLI PTY LTD based in Cameron Park NSW is the Franchise Owner of Domino's Thornton along with a number of other Domino's franchises in the Hunter. It appears that this company does not actually like Real feedback or is concerned with customer satisfaction. Will not be wasting any more of my time with this. Final Update Received a "Postcard" in the mail three weeks from initial review, quote" We Are Sorry! Please Accept Our Offer For... 1 FREE PIZZA*. To Claim this free pizza we will be required to order the "FREE PIZZA" as an online delivery AT A MINIMUM OF a $22.00 order. As per above our initial order was for two pizza's, he offers a COMPENSATION of ONE. We still have to spend $22.00 to get "FREE PIZZA" so that requires two pizzas to be ordered to get SO CALLED "FREE" PIZZA. The postcard states that they apologise for the time taken for delivery as their goal is to have pizzas delivered within 21 MINUTES, .....confused as DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS FROM ORDER OR HOW LONG IT SITS IN THE STORE BEFORE A DELIVERY PERSON PUTS IT IN THEIR VEHICLE!!!!!! This absolutely WONDERFUL OFFER (sarcasm) was signed by Steven Gilbert Franchise Owner. This francisee appears to have spent his entire work life experience with Dominoes and has demonstrated that he knows nothing about customer relations. Again, our experience with this store and the franchisee has been woeful. HE DOES NOT CARE and this is reflected in the service and sub par pizzas. Reiterate, should be a zero star review but unfortunately Google does not have this option"
