"I ordered online for delivery, however pizza was delivered 30 minutes early, normally this would be ok but since this was for a team lunch, by the time we got to eat it, it was stone cold. Pizza was ordered for a certain time so it would align with a lunch break for my team. Sadly when phoned the store they told me picking a time to get delivered is pretty much useless and could not help. Won’t be ordering again."

"I Ordered my pizzas an hour prior pick up & payed for online. As I arrived to pick it up my pizzas won’t made yet, there was serval of other people annoyed & angry who had been waiting longer. The manager was hiding at the back sending the new & younger employees to deal with the chaos & angry customers. The manager was very unprofessional & everyone can see him not wanting to come & speak to us or give us refunds. His attitude was very disrespectful & if he’s going to keep running the business it’s only going to get worse. Usually pizza HQ is very good & time efficient, but after last night it was very disappointing especially with how disrespectful the manager was."

"I would definitely recommend this establishment. The food is always really good here. I have found for variety, quality and overall presentation its well priced and always tastes amazing. I would recommend the the chicken camembert pizza- so yummy! And oh my gosh the churros!! I also find its not as greasy as other pizza chains you may know in the area."
