"Honestly, I am not satisfied with the volume of consultation minutes they calculate with the charges which is very unfair for every ACT resident. It really matters to the providers / or doctors that they should consider the charges while collating the cumulative reports of one report per visit. Staff have always been rushed to send SMS without finding that other reports are in place for final The collection as well. Doctors need to prepare their self and the previous medical history of the patient and visit so they can calculate the understanding of the condition and do not charge the extending minutes of conversation with an extra fee. It is very unfair to collect the reports with the extra charges even doctor aware of the condition but just the patient would like to to have conversation and to know the understanding what doctor reality thinks and suggest with the condition is really disappointing. I would love to relocate back to other states rather than without support with medical health services ACT PROVIDING AND specially the Belconnen medical centre charging a lot with their services. Not an experienced and interested doctor to provide meticulous service to patients. They do not have gratitude with patients just working with money and duty"
"Everything stated about Dr Marcina Ige seems like a lie on her profile on hotdoc. I have seen her twice in the past week as i felt like i was coming down with a infection. Was told it was just my allergies and would clear up in 2-3 weeks. Had to fight to get antibiotics as i knew it was more then allergies. She reluctantly gave them to me saying she didn't think they'd work. She was wrong, they have worked and im already starting to get better She does not come across as caring and compassionate and does not seem interested in treating patients properly or listening to them. She did not listen to my patient history or seem to believe me at all in anything i was saying, just kept going off what she thought was right. Do not recommend seeing her at all."
"Where do I start. Dr Macrina Ige treated my partner for a long appointment and she was out in less than 20 minutes (was charged for a long appointment). She does not take mental health issues seriously and advised my partner to go look online to seek help. How unprofessional can one be to the point where your client leaves your gp crying when trying to seek for help. She rushed the appointment and showed no interest in assisting. This needs to be raised to management and I hope Dr Macrina Ige reads this review personally. You should not be a doctor if you are to dismiss clients that are seeking mental health assistance. My partner also requested to get blood tests done and got a referral printed out. The referral form has information of a previous client with my partners information printed over it in which the information of the previous client is clearly visible underneath. This is a breach of privacy! I will not post a photo of the referral form on here due to privacy reasons but if management would like to see please respond to this review and I will be more than happy to provide you with the evidence. My partner stated that she had visited Dr Priyank Jani late last year and believed he was exceptional but was unable to get in. Hence why she proceeded to book an appointment with Dr Macrina Ige. To anyone looking to book an appointment at this practice and seek medical help/advice please DO NOT book an appointment with Dr Macrina Ige."
"I have been a patient at Belconnen Mall Medical Practice for a few years now. Doctors I have seen have been good. Some of the receptionists are rude. Disgusting telephone manner and arrogant. After my recent call there I decided to write a review. You DONOT be rude in person or on the telephone. Your customer services skills don’t just reflect on you. They reflect on the whole practice. You don’t just hang up,"
"I love this medical centre! I have seen 5 doctors there (across a range of issues) and they've all been wonderful - they're thorough and really personable. The receptionists are lovely and always helpful. It's a mixed billing practice so you will get a bit of money back. Sometimes the doctors run overtime but that's pretty standard for medical centres I think (and gives you time to grab a coffee first)!"
