"Was extremely sick and had shortness of breath due to a viral infection, it was so bad that I couldn't speak. I arrived at 7.30am on Monday morning as soon as it opened, had to wait for a few mins. The nurse was so patient, knowledgeable and understanding. He took the time to explain my situation and gave me an inhaler to feel better. He also booked an appointment with a GP for me for another round of consultation to make sure I was fine. Was so impressed with the way it was handled and it was all for free! Thank you again :)"
"Many thanks to all nurses & reception team working at the Belconnen Walk-In Centre for all the help you have given me. Special thank you to nurse Leah Carlton for your patience, kindness and for providing excellent care & and advice when I saw you on 08/04/23. You are not only an excellent nurse but also an awesome human being as well. Thanks so much!!!"
"The lady attending the reception was so rude, don't even understand the need of patients. That's the reason I think people prefer private practices over the government ones. How hard it is to be nice?"
"It was such a rude experience. I’d rather pay Calms appointment at Calvary after 9pm and be seen.(which I’ll do next time) The nurse attending my mum was not nice. And to be waiting an hour and half and to be spoken like a child, no thank you!!!"
"Great place to go for non-urgent injuries. The staff were very thorough and professional. Special thanks to nurse Elizabeth for helping me out."
