"Belconnen Clinic's staff is unresponsive to emails even when I have sent them my medical certificate and requested a refund at least 5 times. I was promised a refund by the nurse on the condition that I provide a medical certificate showing that I am unfit for the laser treatment because of the medication I am taking. I provided the certificate within days and have been following them up since last year for the refund. They rob you of your hard earned money so please be careful before booking any service with them. The staff is not even courteous enough to reply to your emails let alone issue a refund. Please book your services with other laser clinics in Canberra with better services, courteous staff, integrity and much cheaper price."
