"Fun for a variety of ages, plenty of parking. Wish it had a toilet for the youngsters, it's the only reason we don't go very often. In-ground trampolines, excellent little see-saws, a little forest to explore, slides, the best swings, lots of climbing rope frames and walls. It isn't gated but the entire playground is like in a crater type space, pretty safe. There's also exercise bikes for the parents whose kids will leave them alone long enough to build up a sweat. Only loses a star because of the lack of toilets."
"Very dissatisfied. There are no toilets anywhere nearby. This is a huge letdown. Limited shade and seating available. There are no extra amenities that would keep families wanting to stay there for an extended duration of time, unlike others in the area."
"A great new playground! There is very little shade so make sure you bring a hat. Lots of young plants and trees have been planted which will give better shade in due time. The trampolines are the best part of the playground and are always so popular with the kids. Unfortunately, the slides are all stainless steel and face the wrong direction so that they are too hot to use even as early as 10am. Will be back many times as the kids love it. The playground has plenty of parking but no bins anywhere in sight."
"Was great for a 2 and a half year old. Lots of things for him to play on. Wouldn't be good for younger kids as swings are the only real option. The slides are just that bit too fast for the littler ones, would have been great if they'd put in something for the younger crowd. There isn't anything for kids with mobility issues, with a major suburb park like this, it would have been nice to at least see an accessible swing. Hopefully they think about adding one. The multiple types of climbing walls is pretty great. Not a good park to ride scooters and kids bikes, either. No toilets. Very little shade. Picnic tables, but no shade over them either, and no BBQ or area to set up if you need more space for a party than the two picnic tables. Might cause some friction as the park gets more popular and people will want to have kids parties there. Shade should be okay when the trees grow, but we're still a few years off that. Not a park to go to on a 30+ degree day. There's some adult outdoor exercise equipment, which is good, hopefully it gets used. Lots of parking, though. So not the same bottle neck issues the large park in Moncrieff suffers from."
