"We went to flip out majura this afternoon the 24th of august 23. We have quite a big family and when we arrived the young girl that was working was lovely I asked her if she didn't mind if I brought in a cake for my daughter so we could sing her happy birthday, she agreed. We have done this most years on my daughters birthday. Today though the supervisor working was nothing but hostile to me and my family and rude. We ordered food she told me in a nasty voice to expect a wait because she won't be cooking things all at once I told her this was fine and to take her time. after an hour of jump time I asked the young girl if I could please borrow a knife and some paper plates, she agreed and past paper plates and the knife, the supervisor rushed over and said you are going to have to pay for those plates. I was taken back as the youg girl had just givin them to me so I politely said to the supervisor that I didn't mind paying but in previous visits I had never been charged for paper plates before. She said she won't be just giving out plates and loosing money. We were then told that they had a cleaning schedule and that if we wanted to do cake that we would have to completely clean up our area ourselfs. That's not a problem at all but if we are paying to jump and play for 2 hours from 5 to seven I didn't expect for us to be rushed and made to feel like we were cutting into there time we are paying customers and we were maid to feel like an inconvenience. She made the staff start cleaning at 6.30 even though closing time is 7 they were mopping the side of the trampolines around our kids and packing up the centre. If your open untill 7 you should be hosting customers and using customer service till 7 we paid alot of money to come here and spent over 150 on food and drinks alone and then was charged for paper plates and brought over bin bags to put our rubbish in because they wanted to keep the bins empty for the next morning. I'm really dissapointed because iv always had such a good experience but the supervisor working tonight ruined that for me and maid me feel anxious and like me and my family were just in the way."

"I booked my childs birthday party few months earlier and they called and advised the time slot is gone for someone else. Incorrect spelling of my child on bands . No food arrangements from dominoes if it is early session that to last minute notice. Food arrangement is only for few people when I paid for high number. That to last minute confusion . No host responsiveness. Coffees there is waste of money. It’s worth going somewhere where kids enjoy a lot"

"We had a great time at Flip out Majura Park! 1hour jumping was enough to explore all the areas a few times, would recommend for any age. Staff were in the trampoline area to supervise but weren’t as interactive as I thought with teaching jumps or playing games, but every place is different and they were great at communicating rules to smaller children. Was a Sunday visit so busier than weekdays. 3 playground type areas. Kids Play Area featuring a 3 level soft play structure and plastic slide, with a volcano play climb area with metal slide attached behind the kids play area. Signposted rules There’s a set of climbing walls that’s manned by a staff member for you to try and harness climbs for all climbs. Signposted rules. Ninja Warrior Course Featuring a mix of ninja style obstacles to get past, race your friend by hitting the buttons at the start and finish just before entering the slide! Times are displayed for you to view after the slide. Cyber tower, a two level soft play area that’s a little more advanced than the Kids Play Area. The main difference being the slack trap floor that drops from level 2 to 1, maybe advanced for smaller children. Signposted rules. Two jumping areas 1 for juniors and 1 for advanced jumpers. The junior area featured a mix of jump pads in line and one side features more ninja style jumping with walls and platforms. Signposted rules. Small cafe with food and drinks available.
