"I usually get coffee to go but today sat in. Staff not very welcoming as they closed at 6 and we got coffee at 5.30 and sat outside. Hurried us to clear the table, they could have just given us a take away cup. Sandwich my mum had was good. I’d give 5/5 if customer service was better. Coffee was good as always"

"Rude staff member walked up to us, curtly told my husband to keep the table number on the table (my 15-month-old was playing with it) because "they can't find us". She even snatched the number out of ny husband's hands. Food was horrible. Avo toast looks unappetizing and was obviously store bought avo spread. The ham in eggs benedict was cold. No wonder the café was not packed with patrons. Seeing other Google reviews, rude staff seems to be a regular thing here. Definitely not coming back."

"I work in the nearby building and used to go almost regular to this cafe in the afternoon times to buy coffee. I'm sorry to say that my experience at High 5 Cafe was not a positive one, despite the amazing coffee they serve. While the coffee was exceptional, the serving counter staff member's behavior was unacceptable, and it significantly detracted from the experience. Despite the quality of the coffee, the serving counter staff member treated me poorly, barely acknowledging my presence and providing no recommendations or assistance when I asked about the different coffee options. Their behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and it was clear that they had no interest in providing a hospitable atmosphere. Overall, I cannot recommend High 5 Cafe due to the unacceptable behavior of the serving counter staff member. As much as I enjoyed the coffee, the negative experience left a lasting impression and overshadowed the quality of the product. It's a shame that such a talented coffee shop doesn't prioritize customer service and hospitality to match the excellence of their coffee."

So yummy that I forgot to take a photo before I started eating. I’ve been here many times over the years. Professional staff, calm ambience. Pleasant and comfortable seating, including cushioned bench seats inside the cafe and a variety of tables “outside”: inside Westfield, on level 3. Water available.
