"Bought a dress for a 6 year old but within the hour changed our mind. Headed back to exchange for a different dress at the shop, only to be told that we would only be offered a store credit for the difference and weren't eligible for a refund of the difference. It feels incredibly disrespectful to the customer base and bad faith business. I certainly can understand if it was the week after, but given the request was within the hour is just unreasonable. A terrible experience."

"My friend and I had a nice experience shopping at the store yesterday. They have amazing choices of tops and formal attires or gowns.. We also appreciate the good customer service experience from Aman, she is very accomodating and got some positive vibes. We were able to purchase the ones we really like and felt good after leaving the store."

"Horrible customer service today. They have a 2 dress limit to try on! How ridiculous. Came in with a teenager to search for a formal dress, who was already nervous and uncomfortable, no idea what she liked or what would suit her body. We were so put off by the passive aggressive employee who said we were 'really lucky to be able to try on 3 dresses' and 'you just cant come here and try everything on'! All in ear shot of the already self conscious young teen. Way to ruin her first experience. It's not as if we were a group of teenagers running amock, we were 2 adults and 1 teen. I also got told I could talk to the owner on the phone if I wanted. How ridiculous! And I DID want to, surely this isn't his policy. Also not written anywhere. Luckily Myer's customer service and fitting room friendliness had us spending over $500 there! Won't be coming back."

"Highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful dress. They have many different dresses to suit all occasions and tastes and I shop there every time I need a new dress. I recently got a gold/silver ball gown and it fits perfectly! The staff were amazing too!"
