"Extrememy disappointed with customer service at this store . Me and my friend entered the shop around 4:50pm today and I really liked one of the white shoe which was on sale. The sales lady said they didn't have the size, so I requested if she could order online as they did have the size online and also because I live far away. I was surprised to hear her response when she said she can't serve me as she is busy and has to serve others, literally 2 more customers browsing in the store casually. She asked me to come back tomorrow even when I told her I stay in Googong.What made me upset was when she said she lived in Queanbeyan too and gave me a vibe to come back tomorrow from Googong. I felt like she didn't know what she was doing. I would have bought a couple of shoes but because of this ladies behaviour both me and my friend had a negative experience.We left disappointed from the store. Attn Novo Management: Please ensure you have good experienced sales rep in your belco store else you will loose customers."
