"I have been going to this business for over 10 years and have spent a fair bit of money over the years. I only use this shop and was told as the chlorine bottle didn’t have their sticker on it they wouldn’t accept it. They didn’t tell me that when they took the deposit on the bottle and I didn’t know there stickers were designed to last a life time sitting in the sun. You have lost my business and I will tell any local who will listen about my bad experience. I support local small business but wouldn’t mind a bit of support in return. You have lost my business over a sticker!!! Smart business decision."

"I had a poor experience with this business. I had a service and my pool got worse in the following days. I was told i had to do different things to help. But the filter wasn't working I said. I asked if my next visit could be brought forward, and they came 10 days after the first. After the second visit my pool wasn't any better and still got worse. I rang to ask if someone could come and assess again and was told i would have to pay for another visit. They said it was my responsibility to backwash, but the filter wasn't working so it wasn't possible. They said that was not their fault. In the end I called another company and they came out and turned the filter on. the problem was fixed almost straight away and my pool came clean quickly. I emailed them and said i wasn't going to pay for two visits that resulted in no improvement and got a long email saying they think they were right. The owner argued with me and talked over the top of me insisting he was right. Very, very unprofessional. Poor business people."

GOLDCOAST POOL SUPPLIES, are very professional, great service & great prices . Staff are so friendly and they are always helpful and explain tips about your pool .
