"We loved everything about this place! Extremely clean, great kitchen, huge balcony and a spacious apartment! The receptionist was our favorite part, she was so nice and helpful. We will be back every time we come to the Gold Coast!"

"Cockroaches everywhere. Called to get tax receipt for my employer - Reception won't answer their phone - text me saying "who's this" then ignored me. Do Not Stay Here."

"Needs a little TLC … Great location near cafes, bars, shopping centre, public transport and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious and the gardens beautiful. However, it is in desperate need of maintenance and a deep clean. The stove was old and discoloured from previous burn, the curtains were missing several hooks, the toilet roll holder was broken, the couch was very worn with no arm rests and quite uncomfortable. There was no quilt, only a blanket, on the bed and the linen and pillows were poor quality and also very worn. The fridge and kitchen drawers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for sometime. The bathroom was also very spacious with a good washing machine and dryer. The shower, however, was quite difficult to adjust temperature - a very fine line between freezing and scolding. The towels, like the bed linen, were poor quality, stained and very old. It’s such a shame this apartment has not been maintained because the problems are all easy fixes. Until they are addressed, I would not recommend staying there. I stayed for 11 days in April, work related."

"Absolutely disgusting place, do not waste your money or time, The place is filthy and smells of mould, The staff are extremely rude and their attitude towards customers is horrible. Stayed here for 9 nights for a holiday, after being supplied 1 roll of toilet paper on arrival we then had to pay for additional toilet rolls as well as dishwashing liquid, washing machine detergent. Sheets covered in stains, walls covered with god knows what, stove and oven filthy. A few people who also stayed in the apartment were dodgy and did not feel safe at times."

"I stayed with a friend for a week in one of the apartments. At check out time nobody went to check the state of the room, and two days later we received a notification that they wanted to charge us $88 because in theory we had left it very dirty. We contacted them in case it was a mistake and they told us that we had left it super dirty and literally sent us a picture of the trash can and an unscrubbed pan. Fortunately we have a video we took of the state of the apartment just before we left. But unfortunately, we were unable to get in touch with them to clarify this issue as they do not reply when we write to them. We consider the treatment we have received to be a disgrace."
