"Today I walked in here. Politely asked the staff at fitting area for the men's shoes size, if they had a smaller size on. She was very rude and the way she was talking with me and other native one was different. Why don't you teach your staff to respect everyone and ask them to treat everyone equally?? Everyone has different accent and being in a customer service it's her responsibility to have a good listening and speaking attitude."
"My friend and I came in here today to just pick up a few essentials. Experienced the WORST customer service ever. First I came to check out at the counter and the girl there looked me up and down and then she laughed with her co workers, then she started speaking to me in a very rude tone asking me whether I was a member and then screamed "PHONE?!" at me as if I was supposed to know whether she wanted my email or phone number. She made me feel like a burden having to serve me even though she is working in a customer service role. She didn't even bother to offer to sign me up, which I would've actually loved to do so as i shop here quite often. Honestly properly wont after this experience. When leaving the store, another girl and guy started to untaped my other stores bags that were clearly sealed and began demanding for receipts from other branded stores for leggings I had brought earlier. When I had asked why as they weren't from this store the guy began yelling "it's store policy". Personally I work in retail and know myself that it is not store policy to rip open customers belongings, in particular from other stores or invade their privacy, but i guess that's how Calvin Klein policy works. Do not recommend this store at all. Awful customer service."
"Walked in the store to be ignored by NATHAN. Only to see him greet the next 5 people. I never leave reviews and I actually planned to buy things but his attitude towards me was clearly targeted. Maybe put a sign up saying only white people are welcome if this is how customers are treated. Nathan you should not be in a service role. Management should follow up."
"I believe it's the manager of the store who said to me - are you a member? I replied - I don't think so She then rudely said - you don't think so or you aren't? I told her the answer, not sure what is going on in her life that has made her so sour, poor love. Probably her minimum wage. Kudos to the other staff that seemed less bothered and had more manners."
"It is located in the DFO of the Gold Coast, so it is next to stores such as Armani, Victoria's Secret, Lacoste, Levi's, among others. From my point of view, the store is large and has a little bit of everything, both men's and women's sections. In addition, there are several products on promotion. In the middle there is a rack with a mix of products in clearance. Obviously it has fittins rooms, there aren't many, but each one has plenty of space and good-sized hangers, so don't worry if you bring a lot of things to try on. Highly recommended for the location and the offers it has."
