"Store does have some great deals but extremely let down by the staff. Blonde lady behind counter was chewing gum with her mouth open while talking to staff and customers, was so unprofessional. I purchased a tee and drove 40 mins home only to realise they never took the security tag off!"
"Terrible customer service. Visited store 15/7 and loaded myself with things to try on. A staff member was walking around the store secretly going on her phone as she kept looking up to see if another staff member was looking. No offer to help anyone in the store in any way."
"The customer service was disgusting more interested in gossiping than actually doing there job! And the sign in the change rooms asking to re rack items wow!! I happily left items un racked as it seemed the workers needed something to do to earn some kind of wage!!"

I picked out several items, tried them on, put them back (could of walked out of the store without paying & none of the staff would have looked up) instead opting to purchase online."
"Some good finds here, the clothing quality from Decjuba is just ok - I would only buy their clothing when on sale because otherwise they are very overpriced, but very sneaky on how the sales assistants sign you up to their email database - I only provided my email address when making a purchase because I might be on the system, but she must've signed me up to their email subscription without telling me because ever since my last purchase I've been getting so. many. emails! I would not have signed up had I known that I'd be getting so many emails (hence I didn't know if I had an account or not, the only reason why I would have an account would be so that I don't have to keep receipts). I will be unsubscribing."
