"I love this store, plus size clothing that range from 16-24. Jeans that fit FIT! I dont feel shame or anixety looking through the rack, checking to see if they have my size. I believe You + All is the sister store to Alley so the clothing style are what you see on smaller women, which is amazing, tons of casual staple everyone needs. I live southern end of Gold coast and have a You + All store @ The Pines in Elonora though would prefers to travel to harbour town as they have discounts quite often. I always recommend this store to my plus size ladies"
"After purchasing a couple of items from the online store at 20% off I had to do an exchange because the sizes were wrong. So I went to the Harbor Town store on the Gold Coast to do this. I get the correct sizes and then the young girl said I had to pay extra because the item is full price and not discounted in store. She said the online store was different to the store . I’m like what! they are exactly the same company but you can shop on line instead of in store. You can use the store to exchange or refund at in store so why are they different? She said you can’t exchange the items unless I paid the extra money. How does that even work do companies actually do this? Exchanging you still get full price in store for it anyway because you put it straight back on the rack and someone pays for it. So I definitely was not having that. I rang my daughter who actually put me on to the store and I told her about what happened, she rang head office and they told her no that it was wrong and would ring the store and tell the girl. Bit late because I was heading home to get my credit card that I used to pay for them so I could get a refund which I did get. How many people has this girl and other employees done this to? It’s ripping people off. I will NEVER shop at YOU + ALL again and will never recommend it to anyone. I will be sticking with City Chic."
