"Our family have been going to Spec Savers on the crescent for over 10 years and it has always been a pleasant experience. Recently I visited for new glasses and wanted to ask about trying contact lenses. i was also treated to a free hearing test which i was pleased to learn no problems there! What wonderful helpful service I am currently receiving from Amy and the team during this process. i never realised there were so many options available in getting the correct contact lens. Nor did i realise this would be a free service to trial and change the lens until they are suited correctly or even change your mind that lens dont work for you before you order your final script . They called on the first day to check how i was going with them and if i needed further help to call or come back in. I actually needed further training as there's a bit of a knack to placing them in and taking them out. I pop back in and the staff were only to happy to help. With amazing staff and service i couldn't be happier to recommend them to anyone needing quality assitance with glasses or contact lens."
