"The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the sonographer was exceedingly careful, considerate and professional. All other staff members I met were extremely helpful and overall it was the best medical imaging experience I have ever had."
"I originally gave 5 stars but that has now been reduced to 2 stars because of two frustrating issues that occured after writing that review. Firstly, over the phone as well as at the time of the Ultra Sound (U/S) I specifically said to the receptionist that I wanted the scan results sent to my own doctor, rather than the requesting doctor, who I saw because I felt it was a matter of urgency and my own doctor was not available for another 9 days. So I didn't even put down the requesting doctor's details on the Q Scan from and the request form was just a generic form on a piece of paper with no medical centre details. Although, now I think about it, his name and signature were probably on the bottom. Anyway, I specifically requested to the receptionist that the results be sent to my doctor and she wrote down his details at the time. However, 8 days later when I went to see my doctor, there was no results. While I was in the consultation he had to call them up and request some verbal report and written report be emailed or faxed. Very frustrating, as he had had to make a quick assessment in a few minutes while I was there as well as use up time trying to get the results sent. Secondly, to make this worse, I tried to contact Q Scan via the website Contact Form, which I think goes to head office - you can't actually contact the regional centres by writing, you have to go through head office. Anyway, I asked them to check up for me to see what happened at Midland branch as to why the scan results had not been sent. When I clicked on "Submit" there was no message or verification to say that the enquiry had been "successfully submitted" as you usually see. So I cut and pasted it all into a new form (after refreshing the page) and sent it again. Same deal, no message to say it had been sent! So I just assumed it had been sent. However if it had or hadn't been received, I have not heard back from them. So all in all, this whole thing seems rather unprofessional and amateurish: the results not being received and the contact form ( which is a head office responsibility) not working or not being responded to."
"I’m very impressed with all the staff at Qscan in midland very friendly and helpful and they made me feel vey comfortable and at ease through the whole process with my pet scan had today. Plus the room with a lovely relaxing atmosphere with a comfortable recliner chair plus a tv. Will definitely make sure that I will be having all my pet scan at Qscan from now on all the staff are amazing"

"I had a PET scan done at Qscan Midland in early April this year and the overall experience deserves a high recommendation. The facilities provided were clean and modern . For example, whilst waiting before the scan I was settled in a comfortable reclining chair in a TV room with soft ambience lighting which imparted a sense of calmness for me. The front counter staff Shirree and Lee were both cheerfully welcoming and efficient. Shirree took the trouble and special efforts to accommodate changes I requested over the phone for an early appointment and that was much appreciated. The technical staff Adri and Regan were both very professional and kept me at ease in spite of my hearing deficiency when I was being scanned. I will choose Qscan Midland again with no hesitation should the need arises in the future."
