Red Rascals Cafe 7 Clayton Street, Bellevue, Western Australia 6056
About the Business
Welcome to Red Rascals Cafe, located at Bellevue on Clayton Street in Australia. Our cafe is a unique establishment that combines our love for a good cup of BOLT coffee in the morning with our passion for spuds. We have created a space for you to enjoy delicious BOLT coffee, as well as scrumptious breakfast, brunches, and lunches, all with a potato twist.
At Red Rascals Cafe, you will find a variety of freshly made sandwiches and salads, pies and sausage rolls, and of course, hot chips. Our menu changes daily to incorporate the best seasonal produce available, ensuring that you always get the freshest and most flavorful meals.
The heart and soul of Red Rascals Cafe are our family of loveable Rascals. We are playfully mischievous and always strive to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Jazzy and Desiree, the two chief Rascals, are running the cafe, allowing me to focus on creating spud-a-licious meals just for you.
One of the highlights of our cafe is our BOLT coffee, sourced from local City of Swan coffee roasters. Steve Lomax and his team of Bolters are dedicated to delivering the best coffee experience. With their exceptional knowledge of bean origins, flavor nuances, and extraction techniques, combined with our fully trained baristas, we guarantee to wake up your morning with a Spud-A-Bing!
In addition to coffee, we also offer a selection of teas, including English and Irish Breakfast, Earl Grey, Chamomile, Chai Latte, and Peppermint. We accommodate dietary preferences with options like soy, almond, and lactose-free milk, as well as a variety of syrups.
We open our doors at 6.30am from Monday to Friday, ready to serve your favorite coffee and help you Bolt-On with the day. If you can't get enough of our BOLT coffee, you can also purchase 500g and 1kg bags to enjoy at home.
The story behind Red Rascals Cafe is rooted in family and a love for farming. Our founder, along with his brother Jack, grew up causing mischief on their farm while also growing exceptional spuds and veggies. His life became complete when he married his sweet potato Betty, and together they welcomed more Rascals into the family - Jazzy, Desiree, and Markie.
If you're curious about the name "Red Rascals," it harkens back to their days as milk delivery boys. Racing down old Charles Street with horses champing at the bit, they would compete to see who could deliver the most milk cans to Browns dairy. The loser would then have the not-so-glamorous task of shoveling the manure.
Join us at Red Rascals Cafe for a unique dining experience that combines the love of coffee, spuds, and family. We can't wait to serve you and make your day a little more delicious and enjoyable.

"Very welcoming, friendly, chatty staff. Homemade sausage rolls, and good coffee. My daughter and wife stopped in ahead of visiting the department of transport office over the road."
"A very clean place with a lively decor and friendly staff. I ordered an egg sandwich, it came quickly. It probably was the healthiest sandwich I had in ages. It was really tasty and thick with salad. But there was no egg in sight. Probably my bad luck that I was 30 minutes before closing. I did enjoy the sandwich though."
"Had a late lunch here today and I have to say it was great, defiworth 5 stars. Friendly service and my order came outnto my table quickly. Small chips and a roast pork & gravy roll. Chips were fresh, hot, crisp and tasty, a nice sized serve for small too. The roll was fresh and the pork was cook very well, the gravy was just right. All round it was a very good meal, I'll definitely be coming back again and I highly recommend you try Red Rascals Cafe out."
"We had a late lunch here and I have to say my cheese and salad roll was the tastiest roll I've ever had . They must use a relish or something to give it that extra zing . I was actually enjoying it that much I forgot to take a photo till I had almost finished it . It was a bit messy as it had a heap of filling including beetroot which I was determined to keep off my clothes (I'm so clumsy and always drop food on myself) Mum had the mushroom stuffed spud and said it was delicious . A filling delicious meal for 2 with a drink each and only $25 so great value . I will definitely go back there and try the spud next time ."
