"Bloody not again!!!! This is the 3rd time I had to ring this pace after picking up my pizzas. Ordered 2 pizzas from this place just now, one small and one large. Both pizzas were under done with soggy bottoms. Rang the shop to explain the problem and the manager of the day ( 12/08/23) was very rude and started abusing me over the phone. No apologies or nothing but just ignored me while I was trying to explain the issue I had with my order. Alexander Heights dominos pizza shop produce terrible quality pizzas. Their customer service is very bad and unprofessional. Just had a look at their reviews. They have the most terrible reviews in the area.Their pizzas are very bad, either under done or very little toppings. The manager of the day (12/08/23) was very rude and unprofessional. My advice is not to waste your money at this place. It will be a huge mistake to order pizzas from this place."
"This is our local Domino's. Been here a few times and the service is quick (I placed my orders online). They look like they were short-staffed the last time I was there, there was only one Indian guy working but he was attentive and had great mannerisms. One suggestion is to help us mark which pizza is gluten-free on the box for easy identification - we know which base is gluten-free from experience but other customers might not know. Thank you team!"
"Their standard has gone down a bit, seem to be making more mistakes lately. Just the other night I ordered cheese pizza which hadn't been sliced. Twice now on 2 seperate occasions my pizza has had to be re-made. Got a large pepperoni couple months ago which hardly had pepperoni on it at all!"
"I have order pizza from here many many times but this time I got a funny pizza for the first time. This pizza just look like someone putting it back together. It look like it’s not come out straight from oven. Even the taste is different. Maybe this pizza was made yesterday I don’t know. It’s just not look like it’s new , not hot enough."
