"I am terribly scared of getting blood tests and I went in today with the thought that I would just walk in and then walk back out (typical for me). However, a lady working there named Claire was very kind and got me to lay down while I was getting my blood drawn. She was very gentle and changed my whole perspective on blood tests. While she only used the children's needle it still made me feel confident about getting blood tests now. The best part is no bruises or pain! Would definitely recommend anyone to go see Claire, you won't be disappointed."
"My worst experience ever with a path lab. I attend path labs regularly, and this was my first time visiting this particular location. There were two people working when I arrived minutes after 8am (it opens at 8am) and 6 people waiting to be seen. I had an appointment at 9am and knew this should be more than enough time (1 hour) to get my tests done. At 8.46am I was finally called in, only to have the lady take more than 5 mins to complete the paper work at which time I realised I would be late for my appointment and had to leave without getting my tests. They allowed one patient to jump the queue because she was in a hurry, well guess what, so was I! Two people, working at a snails pace is unacceptable in this day and age. 6 tests in an hour, two people testing?! Two people walked out, me made 3. Wow."
