Rushed all morning to make the appointment on time and when I arrived the owner said she remembered me calling to book but forgot to write it down and was now busy and ‘could I come back another day?’!…..needless to say I will not be back."

"Honestly would give no stars for this service. Nails were uneven and not shaped properly, had to change from French tip to just regular colour as the staff was not able to make it look even. My mother got a pedicure and was sitting for 2 hours majority of the time was filing the nail colour off the toes which on the process burnt her skin leaving her bleeding. Prices are way too high for this unprofessional quality of service. If I were you pick another nail salon. I am questioning your prices when the quality of your work doesn’t match. The price is not an issue if you can deliver a professional service. I do not class this as a professional service if I have to come home and re-file my nails to make them even. Thank you"
"Very poor quality sns. Scratched and terrible finish, inexperienced staff. Didnt want to make a complaint when leaving as place had people in it, so i texted and asked for my money back and received no response. Would not recommend, plenty of other places close by who do a much better job."
