"1 star for the flexibility of making a last minute appointment. Other then that I am a unhappy customer. Even a little bit of service was missing. A glass of water during this hot weather would be the least. I had a manicure and pedicure: clip, shape and shellac. When I asked if they cut the cuticles I was told they were not allowed to as they are not insured... Never heard of such a thing. I left the salon with shellac on my skin on most fingers. Not very professional."
