"When this nail parlour opened Tiff and the girls had excellent services but it’s not the same anymore. Long waiting times even when one has booked an appointment. -Bleeding cuticles due to been rushed, -uneven nail shape which are thick. -Hands not moisturised. The list is endless. Definitely not coming back!!!"

"I called in the morning to make a booking and was told the next available is 2.50pm so I took it. Arrived at 2.50pm and was told to sit at the pedicure station. Sat there for 30 minutes waiting to be seen to. The lady came and spoke to me and then took another 5-10 minutes before starting my service. I advised that I now don't have time for the full $70 pedicure with shellac that I had booked in for and would just get shellac on my toes as I didn't have enough time. She tried to get me to do the full pedicure then the less expensive one and I advised that due to waiting half an hour, I now dont have time for any more than the shellac. During the service, she tried performing the pedicure and I made her stop and just shellac my toes. I paid $30 and asked if I could get the rest of the pedicure the following day and made the booking. I was really impressed with the pedicure previously so put aside the poor service on this occasion. I then went back the following day at the booking time and again waited half an hour to be seen without anything being said beforehand. They told me it would be $55 and I said I wouldn't bother with it then as I'm now paying $15 extra for their poor time management. They didn't want me to leave so negotiations that i pay $45 which I settled on but am not really happy about. They did a good job on the pedicure and nail painting but I just found the constant poor time management and not advising me of the price increase was very unprofessional on their part. My only advice is if you're time poor, don't book in with them."
