"I was treated very poorly by Lyn when I couldn’t handle the pain of having my eyebrows microbladed. I experienced excruciating pain that bought me to tears and had to cease the service. I was told I had wasted her time and the cost of the kit. There was no care or concern whatsoever for my discomfort. I explained I was happy to pay for her time and product used which was $58. The only information I was given prior was “it just feels like a scratch”. I did not receive any after treatment advice. I also waited 25 minutes for this booked service."
