"Provided 3 years worth of financial documents while applying for a car loan. The person who handled the inquiry admitted he was unable to understand all my documents because I'm self employed and he found it all confusing. He passed documents on to the business banking team who were slow processing it, then they requested more documents which were sent over. In the end they wasted a week of my life and wouldn't come to the party because the ATO has not yet processed my tax return from last year and I was unable to provide this. Overall the process was slow, poor communication, too much back and forth and staff are poorly trained... how can you work at a bank but not understand basic financial concepts? I asked for a call back and they never called me. I would not recommend PCU. If you need a low interest rate then be ready to bend over backwards to get it."
