"Do not despair if your finances appear to be in a mess. Take a step forward contact My Budget and became active not reactive to financial circumstance. Since ringing 1 week ago and seeing Paul Lewis in person I can honestly say a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Speaking to Paul in person was fantastic. Knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and understanding. Doesn't get any better than this. Well played Paul. He was concise and easily understood. After my initial meeting the ball continues to roll forward with exemplary service from Frazer. Once again her professionalism and understanding is to be commended. "Wouldn't even leave 1 star but I wasn't able to leave a review. I went to my budget as a single mother with alot of financial hardship. I got turned away reason being that they couldn't help me because my income couldn't cover my debt and their fee. I had to work it out for myself. Luckily,I was able to eventually get back on my feet. Vedisappointing"

Making the descision to call Mybudget was during a time of stress for me but Darren put me at ease in no time and with his incredible patience guided me through the proceedures necessary to get started. "Waste of time & money, add on to your stress. Staff do not do their job properly. Ignores customer's requests and adjusts the budget according to their own discretion without informing client. Missed multiple payments which led to loss of work and late fee payments - which is not paid by MyBudget but the client. Made the situation worse. Establishment fee is over $1000, which you have to pay. This was not told to me when i signed up. Don't trust them. They say you are in control of your own money but it's not true. Tried and tested. Messaged numerous times and spoke to them over the phone to cancel future payments, nothing was done. Amended payments by client were changed back by staff to as they were without prior permission or correspondence with client. So it showed like I had overdue payments +++. Make it look like you are in debt, so they can 'help' you. Total facade. Not worth even one star. Highly would not recommend this company to anyone. There are so many apps out there that can do a better job than these people."
