"MTM understand sentiment. 18 months ago they used my old, worn, and cut (due to a doctor saving my finger) wedding band to melt down with new gold and create a new band so I'd still be wearing the same ring my Wife put on my finger near 20 years ago. Today they went above and beyond again to expedite a resize operation on that same band so my Wife and I can fly out tomorrow to attend a wedding. Very courteous and understanding people. 100% recommend."
