Was told a wait time of 4 weeks, only to take longer and they only called the day before I was due to collect, after I called the shop, to tell me. Upon pickup, the rings were way way way too big, and the woman asking what had I done. There was a difference between the ring sizer and the actual rings. Idiot. Even she said both rings were different sizes. No offer to repair error. Overall, a completely unprofessional approach, I just wanted to get out. There are other better jewellers that know what they are doing correctly, so I will now be going elsewhere. Truly don't waste your time. Pay a little more for better service and a better waiting time."
