"We went to the shiels harbourtown store ...the service was pitiful and she made us feel she could not be bothered serving nor did she feel she wanted to be there ..this was the long weekend in october 2022 ..now funny thing i went back out to look at some pieces in the window came back in and she was talking to a female inside the shop ..another lady with dark hair came out saw me and obviously came to serve me ..but ..the assistant that has blonde hair ..now note theres 2 there but i believe she was the manager coz her attitude was bad ..anyhow this blonde one said ..oh she was first ...referring to the other customer she was already talking too apparently not serving......i looked at the dark haired she was apolgetic and served that customer that was talking to the blonde ..as for me the service was shocking i took my business to westlakes jewellers....not Shiels"
