"I have been attending this practice for quite some time now and I’ve always left there satisfied & impressed by their doctors and staff. I’ve seen a couple of the doctors and they are very friendly, skilled and professional. You’re always welcomed with warm smiles from the ladies at the front. They’re very bubbly and pleasant! "I just had the best experience at this doctors surgery. Dr Anushi Mousa was brilliant. She was so caring, professional and knowledgable. She really listened and sorted out an issue I have had for 2 years with my chest. I am already feeling better. Such a relief to get a professional, knowledgable doctor who cares. Elise on reception was really helpful and lovely too. Thank you so much xx A quick update......I now see what the few negative reviews were about. I have changed my 5 star to 4 due to today. One receptionist today 29.12.22 was extremely unhelpful when I asked about getting my daughters stitches out. This is our surgery but I felt like we were a huge inconvenience today. The receptionist said our Doctor Anushi could not take out her stiches and the nurse was full today and tomorrow. The earliest was 3 Jan. I asked if this is ok to wait this long for stitches to be taken out and she said she did not know. I said I guess I will have to find out then. Very disappointing to be treated like this. I would suggest some training on customer service. A different receptionist Elise was so lovely and helpful last time."
