"My appointment was cancelled 20 minutes after I had arrived at their salon, and when I was rescheduled the next day I had the worst nail experience ever. I sent a picture of what I wanted weeks prior to the appointment and when I showed them that picture again on the day they said they couldn’t do it so I had to do something else. Then during the process of getting my nails done, my nail lady got into a fight with another worker in the store and they both acted as if they were twelve. After this my nail lady was constantly going on her phone b!tching to someone about what had just happened. This then made my nail lady rush my nails and do a pathetic job because it has now been a week and they’re already falling off and the acrylic near my cuticles is lifting. Really disappointed as these nails were for a special occasion. Never going back here."
