Unfortunately, the quality of products and the service itself are no longer the same. 3 weeks ago, my favourite Greek custard filo cake was served charred, the filling was dry and tasteless on a Monday morning even though staff assured me the cake was made that morning. Last week, I’ve tried again. Have ordered 2 different cakes and 2 different coffees to share with a friend. The cakes were plonked in a hurry on the same plate (?!!), served cold, and shoved into my hands. Before I could even say anything, the staff were busy with another customer. Coffees were served lukewarm. Disappointing experience."
