"Pretty standard for a pizza chain however I was not impressed by the large amount of crust without sauce and the lack of hollandaise on this thin n crispy Butcher's Block pizza."

"Appreciate bussiness can be busy but tonight was highly disappointing not only for me but the many customer in store. Arrived to about 7 people waiting around no service at counter and at no stage did anyone acknowledge the customer's, ask for names, take orders, advise customer orders were behind. We all received our order ready notifications and we had to ask someone to attend to us to then be told we are busy and have no idea when the order would be ready let alone would not check wait time on orders. They appeared to be lost in all the orders too busy talking to each other to even acknowledge customers. One customer turned up and asked for her order she was standing around for 10 minutes prior when she asked she a out her order she was rudely told her name had been called and when she said that she had ducked out and mentioned nicely that they should be calling orders she qas rudly responded too that they are busy and do not order fro them again if that us a problem. In the whole 45 minutes I waited for an order that should have been ready 40 minutes ago not once did they regularly go back and call out Orders that were ready. Poor Form Pizza Hut Thornlie customer service is everything in this day and age. On that note I left the store no pizza in hand 45 minutes over due and not knowing when it would be ready and went to dominos ordered in store and pizza ready and on way home in 15 minute. Still feel bad for the poor uber drivers standing around for 1 hour who are going to cope a mouthful from their customers"

"Pizza hut thornlie , has a very low standard customer service and i understand that it is busy or not you need to approach to customers in a very professional manner. more than 5 people in the kitchen area making orders and its only about 6 orders. I think this situation couldve been handled in a bettee way rather than shouting at customers and telling them to not order from them, how are they going to run a business if they treat customers this way. Picking up food from the floor and serving to customers s also a terrible hygiene issue. I think this business should not be in the area if they cant handle a business properly. There are better place in thornlie area for pizza to try. worse experiance and never coming up for this situation again and i hope no body return back to this business. very poor and the lady in front calling out orders was very rude. i hope she is not the boss of the shop if she is then the business is going to be ruined anytime soon."

"Pizza tastes just different enough from other pizzas to be unique and not like the other chain pizza places. Good sized menu and fairly well priced. Not sure if they do cheap day deals. I really miss the Pizza Hut restaurant sit-down and eat experience. This place reminds you why. Just a waiting area then get out vibe to it all."

"i just ordered a regular bbq mac and cheese through uber eats and there’s literally zeroooo macaroni in what i got!!! it’s just gooey cheese with some beef and bbq sauce on top!! absolutely unbelievable!!!!"
