"Great prices, can get busy but otherwise well worth the visit"
"i bought a pair of boots wore them twice and then the entire sole came off. i went in with the hopes of a return or refund, they checked my perks card and there was apparently no proof of the purchase (they were a different size and price on their screen). i told them it was not my fault but the companies fault the shoe broke and i wanted something done and they “could not.” the lady who served me made faces at me and was very rude. i wish i got her name so i could put in a formal complaint. never shopping at factorie again"
"I used to work for the business however I entered today to see 1 staff member sitting on the floor at the entrance, another 1 behind the counter not doing anything and then the other 2 dancing in the front corner of the store together. No greeting, the store was an absolute BOMB and overall a really bad vibe! The Store Manager needs retraining and the clearly incompetent area manager."
"So good love me a bargain Got both of these items for all up $7"
"The male shop assistant yelled at me and expressed aggression to me today when I came to the shop this morning. I simply asked that if the price was mark rightly since the dress I bought was on the marked down rack. I wasn't rude, I wasn't snapping at him. Though, this is when he called me rude and insensitive, claiming it wasn't hard to say "thank you" or "please" and he hadn't heard any manners from me yet. He pretty much snapped at me. I was so taken back by this. The female assistant didn't seem to help or comment even though this is definitely not how you treat a young customer. I felt so little against them and wasn't that sure why he was so rude. It has made me scared to go in there again and I certainly won't. I hope something is done about it. Thanks"
