"I used to go to this place when they well fully staffed, and it was good. Today, I walked out with half service done. It took the lady 1.5 hours to remove the shellac from my toe's nails, then I needed to wait until someone else were free to get the nail polish, because she didn't know how to do it. Pedicure was terrible, the girl forgot to close the water of the foot spa, so my shoes and belonging got very wet with all the water coming out of the spa. They wanted to charge me $40 dollars for this. Ridiculous. I thought on trying this place again. Last time I spent 3 hours there to get manicure and pedicure done. I am never going back there. If you value your time and the quality of your manicure and pedicure, pick another place. This place is a waste of time and not value for money."
"Quick and easy experience. I was expecting a long appointment as the last time I had SNS nails done elsewhere it took over an hour and a half. Here, they were quick and efficient leaving a beautiful end product. The staff were welcoming, accommodating, professional and experienced! Got acrylic done with no extension for NYE and they are so strong! Removed the SNS and did the acrylic for only $50! Another professional and efficient experience even though they were packed!"
