I decided to contact Aquatune and emailed my concerns. My email was responded to the same day and although they didn't have an answer advised that they would follow up with the mfg and get back to me. They did exactly that with absolute transparency and offered a full refund and even suggested an alternative solution even though the alternative wasn't something that they could offer. This level of customer service is second to none. I would recommend Aquatune to anyone who owns a swimming pool. Their product range is extensive, prices are very competitive and after sales attitude just awesome."

"I have recently moved my loyalty to this business as my preferred supplier as I was a little disappointed in the service (or lack of) from my previous pool shop. What a difference. I am so glad I have made the change. Recently my old sand filter gave way and I had to replace it. Jo, who I dealt with on the phone was marvelous and knowledgeable (a great employee to have ). Warwick and Josh who I dealt with at the shop also gave me great tips to make the process less daunting. Old Fashioned great service and the prices were extremely competitive.
