"Have been with this clinic since before I moved to the area as I was having major issues and thought I would try them before we moved to the area. The first Dr I had wasn't really interested and left not long after. I finally found Dr. Cartwright and he has been an absolute godsend when it come to my issues. He actually listens and cares and understands when I get frustrated and he is very supportive. The surgery I was at previously, I left as I didn't feel like they had enough time to talk about the issue. They just wanted to rush you out the door. Dr T Cartwright is an amazing doctor so thanks again and the ladies and gents at the desk are usually always friendly. Don't be abusive to the staff. They try their best to accommodate everyone. "I booked the appointment for family for flu vaccination over the phone. During the appointment booking, I confirmed more than 2 occasions that whether this vaccination covered under government funded free vaccination program. The lady over the phone confirmed that yes it's free for my booking. I mentioned the age of all patients while booking for appointment. Guess what???? On the day after the vaccination, I was advised that there is charge for my booking. The lady who booked my appointment gave us false & misleading information. Serious breach of Consumer Law. Worse thing is, there is no way to verify whether the lady provide right information during the booking. Never had this sort of issue at this clinic before. Doctors and staffs provided great service in past .but Now level of trust with booking staff is questionable."
