The sales staff were very helpful and we selected a thermally treated hard wood product called ‘roasted cayenne’ in extra wide boards; a beautiful warm and dark timber. BJ’s recommended an installer Chris Pond from WA Floor Sanding who was a master craftsman. Chris was flexible and accommodating - happy to work around a few unforeseen issues with our house, and very efficient, tidy and meticulous.
