"Chloe at the front desk is not doing this company a favour. She makes mistakes and blames everyone else for not reading the instructions from the owner on her desk. A promised 1 week wait for pickup . It turned into 4 weeks and only 1 out of the 2 panic bolts being order. No apology- so off to Subiaco restoration. They had them in stock."

"Had a really bad experience here. Ordered new door handles and was told they would be there next week, then got told they had to come from the US so would not arrive for 3 more weeks, then told that date was the arrival in Sydney and that they would be another two weeks. Finally 7 weeks after initial order handles showed up. Delivery was so late our builder was no longer on site to fit the door handles (he was appalled that it took so long) and will need to get a new person in to fit them or figure out how to do it myself. Every time I called to enquire on status seemed staff were offended that I was enquiring where my products were. When products finally arrived the handles were too wide for cavity slider and when I returned the items was charged postage (understandable) and a $30 restocking fee (for what service delivered I fail to understand). When they reimbursed me they passed to the admin officer who was not in the office and had to call a further 3 times to get reimbursed. Worst customer service experience of my life."

"The staff at architectural hardware are very rude. When the handles I bought and collected myself were plastic looking and faulty they told me I would still need to pay 30% re stocking fee! They were very unsupportive of my return and said I would have to contact the distributor myself! Terrible customer support. I was made to talk to the distributor on the phone myself in the showroom it was highly embarrassing and very unprofessional."
