"Would not recommend anyone going to Institchu. Save your time and money and try another bespoke talior. Waited 13 weeks after ordering for my shirts to arrive. The shirts only arrived after multiple phone calls and emails to their staff - some of which were unacknowledged. Finally when the shirts did arrive they were measured so incorrectly it had to be remade. Meaning potentially another 13 weeks. Waiting 6 months for some shirts to be talior made is an absolute joke. Their website says delivery within 4-5 weeks. That's a lie. Unless your event is 6 months away take your money elsewhere. Before when it was George and King, they were amazing but now as Institchu stay away."
