She told me to wait, I waited nearly for 1 hours, it was hard for me because i have two kids with me and one is very little running here and there. I was standing in front of her but she didn’t give any attention and not bothered to find the right size of shoes. I waited more than 1 hours and left the shop. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional staff, very bad customer service."
"I have just had a very bad fall wearing my sketchers. I am lucky I didn’t break any bones. I had noticed that one foot seemed to stick to the floor quite often at shopping centre floors so stopped wearing them there. I had only just started wearing them around the house. Two of my friends say they have the same problem. Very dangerous soles. I am in a lot of pain. Do not buy these shoes"

He was polite and cheerful (actually looked like he enjoyed being there). When asked for a shoe to try on, he also brought me two others that are similar. The size I required was not in stock, but he offered to have it posted to me without postage charge. It arrived very quickly. Elvis is a valuable person to have on any team!"
